We are looking for driven candidates in the Dallas/Ft Worth TX area with a bias toward action and a track record of delivering remarkable results. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, teaming ability, communication skills and work well under pressure. Our small project teams give you frequent exposure to client executives and rapid growth in your professional development. Analysts should be prepared to work in a team environment on a diverse range of assignments assisting senior team members through all stages of the client project. The projects and work streams will require creativity, resourcefulness and independent judgment. You will be expected to help develop solutions to problems and provide value to clients. As an Analyst, you will:
- Work on projects across a wide range of industries and functional areas
- Tackle evolving, ambiguous and dynamic roles that challenge you to solve complex problems to enhance business performance and build enduring value for your clients
- Contribute to the completion of deliverables for clients, and independently perform tasks with some guidance to deliver on a portion of the project scope
- Review and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources with the ability to interpret data that is not well defined or documented and develop recommendations based on your findings.
- Communicate data analysis results to management. Identify and present findings and process improvements that improve data quality, drive efficiency, mitigate risk, or provide new value to the organization.
- Work closely with senior leaders, who are former C-suite executives and thought leaders with a personal interest in your development
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business – accounting, finance, economics, MIS, marketing
- Summer internships or relevant work experience, preferably in finance/accounting, business technology, supply chain, or consulting is a plus
- A willingness to travel for project work. Primed focuses on the DFW market but many times we have opportunities that are out of town. Working on these clients require up to 80% travel time depending on the project.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Problem solving and process improvement skills
- Experience in data analysis, with some modeling experience preferred, ability to manage and organize large sets of unorganized or incomplete data
- Understanding of data management, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Alteryx).
- Demonstrate capacity for gathering and scrutinizing data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and sustainable business solutions.
- Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills to assist with pitchbooks and the creation of client deliverables Interaction with clients (ability to request and extract information)
- Ability to stay on task while working on multiple work streams (organizational skills)
