We are looking for a dedicated and efficient HR Recruiting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week). This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our company by attracting and hiring top talent and maintaining our reputation as a great place to work. The ideal candidate will be skilled in full-cycle recruitment, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles within the organization. This includes creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, and coordinating the onboarding process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through the onboarding process.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with leadership to determine staffing needs and the ideal candidate profiles. Provide regular updates and feedback to both managers and candidates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and channels to build and manage a robust talent pipeline. Leverage online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the best candidates.
- Developing and Maintaining Employer Brand: Work with leadership to influence how current employees and prospective hires perceive Primed’s reputation as an employer.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruiting activities are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies. Stay informed about trends, innovations, and legal issues in recruitment.
Professional Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 8 years related experience in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a deep understanding of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations professionally.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
