Candy has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, information technology and enterprise program and portfolio management. She specializes in critical and multifaceted strategic initiatives, and her collaborative leadership style provides the ability to link and integrate work streams into a cohesive whole.
She has been recognized by senior leadership for business and financial acumen to build sound, executable, data-driven business strategies to manage change, advance market share, improve profitability and deliver shareholder value – consistently executing complex projects.
Candy holds a bachelor of science in accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Dallas, with a concentration in management information systems. She also has a master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
