CONSULTANT

Consultants should be prepared to work in a team environment on a diverse range of assignments assisting senior team members through all stages of the client engagement. Successful Consultants are creative, resourceful, and willing to exercise independent judgment. You will be expected to contribute in developing solutions to problems, partner with and support project team leads, and interact with clients to understand issues and root causes.  

As a Consultant, you will:

• Work on projects across a wide range of industries and functional areas 
• Tackle evolving, ambiguous, and dynamic roles that challenge you to solve complex problems related to improving business performance and building sustainable value for your clients 
• Contribute to the completion of deliverables for clients, and independently perform tasks under guidance to deliver on a portion of the project scope 
• Work closely with senior leaders, who are former C-suite executives and thought leaders, and who have a personal interest in your development 

Professional Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills 
• Familiarity with analyzing data to synthesize meaningful insights or facts to inform a point of view  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills to client peers and/or project leads 
• Credibly interact with clients to gather information relevant to project deliverables 
• Ability to adapt to ambiguity and awareness solicit help where needed 
• Ability to apply critical thinking to understand problems and cooperatively develop solutions 
• Detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality deliverables on strict timelines  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field 
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in finance/accounting, business technology, supply chain, or consulting 
• Flexibility for overnight travel (up to 60%) 
• Experience in data analysis, with some modeling experience preferred
