Elaine is an accomplished program manager and continuous improvement leader with more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience. She specializes in program managing complex and highly visible initiatives for Fortune 20 and other mid-tier companies.
By applying Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies to analyze, plan and execute, Elaine has a strong track record of achieving results for strategic operational initiatives and enterprise improvement efforts. She has extensive experience with order-to-cash platforms, revenue assurance processes and financial systems and controls, on a U.S. domestic and international scale.
Elaine earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University. She is a Fortune 20 corporation certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a master’s certificate in project management from George Washington University and has completed advanced project management coursework at Stanford University.
