LILLIE RITTER

OWNER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Lillie partners with senior executives to improve profitability, streamline processes and maximize productivity within their finance, operations and information technology functions. With over 20 years of experience, she has helped her clients drive measurable and sustainable results for small privately held organizations to multinational Fortune 500 corporations.

Lillie has successfully led numerous engagements from planning and launch through implementation and closure. Many of these projects have been major transformation initiatives containing large-scale PMO, change management, process improvement, enabling technology, performance management and training components resulting in significant margin improvements.

In addition, Lillie has also served in interim leadership roles for healthy and distressed companies alike, with back-office (including AP and AR) remediation and optimization initiatives being among her areas of specialization. Industries served include energy, retail, healthcare, waste management/environmental services and event/brand management.

Lillie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, with degrees in management information systems and organizational behavior and business policy. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and is a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional (CHFP).
